PenniB - Just to let you know i recieved the cross stitch this morning and thankyou for the loverly letter. I have just been to docs and have been told i have migrane (first time ever) so i dont think i will be doing it untill it goes away, im on tablets for it but makes me drowsy..and with kids i need to stay awake :)

Glad you got it OK. Sorry to hear about the migrain, thats horrible. I hope you weren't overawed by the cross stitch, like everything new take one step at a time and take your time. Best done when the children are in bed and you can concentrate better. Hope you feel better soon:D

I think a lot of us have moved over to the shabby chic forum. I occasionally pop over to see what's going on here, but it is difficult to keep up with both tbh. But then again, I think all threads go thru slow periods, and fresh people come forward, which is great for keeping it interesting. You've posted some smashing stuff, Pennib. :T
