I love it - there is something about green that brightens up your house :D

did you make the cushion with buttons too?

yep, once i had finished the seat it looked like it needed a little something so i made the cushion and stitched on the buttons, went and nabbed one of the little ones teddies and put them all together - was really suprised how well the fabric matched! :D

But I bought this cooker on ebay last year - it's older than I am and cooks like a dream. I used to have a Stoves range cooker but this is even better. All my friends think I'll be getting a mangle next!

I had to take off all the old pins and fabric so was left with a bare canvas.
The fabric was quite easy once i got to grips with it (no pun intended!) I just started at one corner and pinned it down then folded under a little hem and pinned at i went - i just kept pulling it to make sure there were no major creases or ripples in the fabric :)

    am i being thick?

you pulled old stuff off, then tacked it with tacks? or are those stud things something you can buy?

    sorry to be dull
