It's gorgeous. I would keep it too.
I bought a spray once to get rid of a fusty smell on a mouldy smelling rug and it really worked. Can't remember what it was called but it worked.
Thankyou elanie. :A0 -

Just wanted to say big thanks to HariboJunkie for posting about the patchwork quilts  I was like a mad woman on a mission this morning as the shop doors opened...and am now a proud owner of a beautiful quilt (plus one for my sis!). Yippeeee!
This thread had turned me into a little house elf... F & B/beeswaxing furniture, buying needles and wool for attempting a knitted teacosy and today the quilts..........big thanks to all who post :j X0 -
Morning Ladies!
A F&B question please....
I have Dimity paint and, although it IS cream, it is slightly too pinky based to go with our more yellow based cream walls.
I was thinking of trying Pointing as that looked like a warmer cream.
Was wondering if anyone had used this shade please? Or if anyone can recommend a warm or neutral cream that would be great!
Also, I painted my mirror frame using Dimity oil-based eggshell and for some reason I had it in my head it would be a matt finish rather than a sheen. Which type of paint would I use to give wood a matt finish please?
Many thanks.
PS Those Aldi quilts look fab!Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.

I used Ringwold Ground for my dresser base and that is a warm cream. Photo posted much earlier on this thread. On the F&B website the colours are described if you click on the colour name. Incidentally the colour on screen is NOT a true representation . Do you have a shade card?

I am going to paint my new oak kitchen doors and since OH has agreed reluctantly I don't want to get it wrong.
When I painted my dresser for the conservatory I used an acrylic eggshell from Craig and Rose. Am worried that this sort of paint would not be hard enough wearing for a kitchen. Please can I have some advice .........thanksWe don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.0 -

I believe if you contact Farrow & Ball they will tell you what colour will go with Dimity, Pointing does look nice though. Just email them your query.0 -
