GOSH! I missed the kitchen. Glad you were able to find it ok. There are loads of links to go to from that site all to do with interiors and all sorts of things.

Thanks for putting it on here.

P-P, thanks for sharing the photos - I love the welcome wreath and the plaque too :D I have loads of folksy graphics that I aim to do something with one day!

I went to Nottcutts in bagshot last year or year before  when they had their christmas shop, and they had a whole section of folk-arty christmas decs, some really beautiful stuff. If I was starting from scratch with christmas decs thats what I would have gone for. My dd was disgusted - it aint christmas to her unless its red and gold and sparkly!! :rotfl:

Edited to say - I love your runner duck too! :)

Well I have decided on my day off on Monday to repaint my dining room, I have chosen chalk white which should go nicely with all my furniture in there, I have a bureau from Ikea and wall cupboard with glass fronts that display all my honey pots and cow creamers etc I am hoping to line this with some nice scrapbooking papers that I do not have a use for! not decided which ones yet as I have hundreds, I also have a large heavy dining table made from recycled pallets with matching chairs.

All the furniture is a deep pine colour (not a tinge of that horrible orangey cheap pine stuff)

Will get before pics posted on Monday!

The week before xmas I had the wall put back between my dining room and living room as the previous owners had it open plan which I detested, it is so much cosier now though!

Yes thats the one Rosieben ........I like it but feel it would be too sophisticated a look for me. I really do like the kitchen on the other link I posted:
