Thanks for the comments on the pictures.
Vivw and seakay the chair was easy to do. I bought it at a boot sale, I liked it because it is nice and small. I rubbed it down and painted it with emulsion - I used a yellowy/creamy colour. The decoupage cut outs came from some wrapping paper. I then varnished it with 'antiqued' varnish. I did it ages ago and it was my favourite decoupage project.
Mary43, the cabinet was made in Retford - it has a little plaque on the back. This was where my Grandmother lived from about 1920.
Thanks Rachelleblodel, I paid 1 euro for the jug. I found a pic in a magazine of a similar jug with flowers in it. I cut it out and use is to make a bunch. I find it hard to create from scratch, but I can copy and tweak.:p0 -

I don't think anyone really creates from scratch unless we are all going to reinvent the wheel!!!:D I think we all copy & tweak...(where would I be without country living) but its the way we put things together in our own space that makes things special...grand job & yay for kenwood mine's the bread machine here too!simplicity is key0 -
