They had quite a few bits of Nigella stuff in TK today too, I saw the 6 spice pots with rack, lavender measuring cups, tins and bowls!
It is her newer stuff hence why I did not buy it as I do prefer her original line, but those of you who are into your Kitsch it would be fab :T
I have just put my first batch of twinks hob nobs in the oven so fingers crossed they turn out ok :eek:0 -

Great that your mum is working on the inside so to speak!!If I had more time I would definitely volunteer as I know that so much stuff never even makes it inot the shop.Such a shame.
What a good tip: I'd never have thought of peeping inside, but it makes sense. I'll do that.
Yep, mum is rather appalled I think at the amount of good stuff that is put aside and into bags to go out and doesn't even see the front of the shop. But as we've just spent several years decluttering her, she's under strict instructions not to start buying up any bits just because she feels they should have a good home! :rotfl:

I would love one of those, but while mine is still working I could not bear to get rid of it, even though it was only a cheapy. I have only just decided to get new iron, even though mine has been falling apart for ages due to me dropping it on the floor. That is the moneysaver in me I suppose;)
Perhaps this thread is causing the shabby chic equivalent of the "Delia" effect.
You may be right! Funnily enough, I have a lovely cream cooker, which we only got after 14 years of living with the absolutely unlovely looking but fabulously trustworthy cooker my DH had before we married (his first cheap cooker!). We only got rid of it, despite me hating it, after I accidently dropped one of my Le Creuset lids, which bounced off the floor and smashed the oven door. We tried to get a replacement door, but the cooker was condemned by the gas chappie, who said it should have been replaced a long time ago! Tee hee. So I unexpectedly got a fabulous new cooker. :j I
don't think I could get away with accidently throwing my le creuset pans at the microwave! :rotfl:
