TK Maxx in Exeter has quite a lot of the Le Crueset stoneware in pink, lilac and pale lime, they had a big dish and lid in clearance for £18, couldn't see anything wrong with it (but didn't have an excuse to buy it!).

Also a few CS style coffee etc containers reduced to £2 each :)

the paper was a lot thinner than i thought it would be so its stuck down with wide double sided tape all over the shelf - that way if i want to chance or if it does ripple i can take it off and do it over again :) I dont think its the kind of paper that would hold up well to paste or anything.

Have been looking at getting some old advertising signs for my kitchen but all the ones I've seen have been quite expensive. Then I came up with an answer. I bought some postcards of old advertising signs from ebay at less than 50p each [incl postage] and some clip frames from Range at 59p each. Made one up this morning and I'm really pleased with it. For less than £1.10 each,I have a picture framed of an old advertising sign for my walls. To see it , go here

Have now completed 6 framed old ads and 4 other framed postcard ....just waiting for OH to put them up now
