    Hi Cuddles

I have had a look at all your items you have made. They are all absolutely wonderful. I hope you don't mind but I have picked out a few and saved them in my list :D

Thought it was a shame that the raglan jumper is now no longer free, as you could customise that however you wanted.

Thanks for letting me see all your lovely things.

I have been knitting baby things for my son's best friend's wife. Unusually she isn't finding out the sex until the birth so I'm keeping it neutral.

    Cuddles they all look gorgeous,
My DD2 is expecting our first grandchild this week and she's doesn't want to know the babies sex either until it's born.

Mandauin, keep trying its a very worthwhile and satisfying pastime, start on simple things would be my advice.

Please please persevere, it really does get easier. I've only been knitting for 5 years. I would also recommend joining Ravelry. Great help and support and thousands of free patterns.

My mum's been knitting my whole life, so she's been guiding me. I'm going to keep at it - think i'll find something nice and straightforward to test myself out on. So far I've got casting on and garter stitch sort of in hand!

Well done for giving it a go mandaguin. Your confidence will grow as you see your knitting grow! Years ago I ran a knitting class for 8 and 9 year olds at my kids' school. It's amazing how quickly they learned, boys and girls alike. I am currently teaching myself how to crochet and getting rather obsessive about it as I am enjoying seeing all the lovely things other people are making.
