    Can you help??

What is best way of sticking felt shapes onto crochet item? I'm trying to attach the eyes, mouth etc on a crocheted animal and used bondaweb but they are now peeling off. Dont think it would look right to sew on so really need to glue. Apparently hot glue gun is not good idea and dont think PVA will do job either.

    Any ideas??

Hope you dont mind answering crochet question on knitting forum but they will need same technique for this.

    Can you sew them?

Have tried a little bit but makes them look silly. Someone has suggested silicone adhesive fabric spray on another site. Has anyone else tried this?

Sorry I completely missed that you had tried that already.
I have not used silicone adhesive but perhaps someone will come along soon? :)

Thats lovely, there is a real craze for owls at the moment isnt there?!
How annoying about your needles, you could try looking in charity shops but you have to ask as they cant have them on display.

Had a dodgy back the last couple of days so not been able to do much. As a result I have knitted a nice new hat. It has come out a tad large, but will be wearable I think. It is from an old issue of Simply Knitting mag, using some stash aran I had.
