Many moons ago when I was young Mum used to make a neck warmer. It was like a polo neck jumper but cut off square low enough not to show under a v neck jumper.

I would love this pattern for what we kids referred to as "necks".

    Thanks in advance

Glendam I know what you mean but have not got a pattern...would think that you would cast on about 60 sts, back and front, knit about 6 ins and then do your polo neck....no help I am sure, I tend to "chance my arm" with these kind of things, so not sure how many times I would have to rip and re-knit!

  • Not posted on here in a bit so thought that I would drop by to show you these:

Sent them off to Innocent Big Knit this morning. I am currently working on a drop stitch scarf and an ipod cozy. Not making as much progress as I would like though because my hands and wrists are a bit achey and if I go for too long sometimes get pins and needles in my little finger. Hmmm hope I am not getting RSI at 25

We used to have something like this but not so wide across the shoulders, more squared off without the shaping.
