i dont understand where they get the 11th and 12th row from? do i knitt in the pattern for 10 rows then start on the button hole rows?
You're just counting rows to the next buttonholes - so just keep knitting in your pattern as usual, but when you've done ten rows, do buttonhole row 1 (as well as following pattern row 1) and then buttonhole row 2 (as well as following pattern row 2) - that's your 11th row and your 12th row. Then do that all again: 10 rows in pattern, rows 11 and 12 in pattern and also making a buttonhole.0 -

Hi Everyone
http://www.readicut.co.uk/category.asp?cat_id=SPKN&jump=16&sfile=1
Readicut have some good offers on at the moment if anyone is feeling brave including Sirdar Click 500g pot luck for 7.80. Not sure I'm willing to chance it after last time though - got substitutions on both my orders and only liked one but left it too late to return the other.
Giving them one more chance and have ordered Sirdar peru 500g pot luck pack for 9.89 x 2. Wish me luck!
I ordered two packets of the Click a few weeks ago and it just so happens the wool is perfect for a pattern I already have as I didn't like the free patterns that came with it.
Also looked at the Peru but the only thing that put me off was the fact it was hand wash.Did owe £9,951.96
Now helping hubby pay off loan. Finally paid off :j

What colour did you get in the click lynseydee?
I'm knitting with the peru at the moment, I did say I wouldn't use it again as you get a real stripe everytime you start a new ball, i'm tempted though as I do like the colours in the naturals range.
Princesspoppy can I ask what edition of prime it is, the chickens look lovely.0 -
Just checked the Readicut offers, and they are still offering Moonglow. How come they are still offering, and hardly any of us got it when we orderedYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0

Good question! My 2 items on order last time were 2 other different pot lucks and I didn't get either - got 2 substitutions. This is their last chance to redeem themselves with me! Love the Peru that I've ordered and have seen it in shops pretty expensive so fingers crossed. Must admit, i'm also tempted by the gypsy wool in a pot luck but will wait and see what happens with Peru.0 -
Hi wonder if anyone can help me.
I have been looking for decently priced (i.e. cheap) knitting wool for lace knitting (2 ply or similar, for wedding ring shawls) and wonder if anyone can recommend any good online shops (all the 'real' shops in my area have either shut or are far too expensive). The lace yarn I have seen sells online at about £30 per cop, which is a bit steep for me.
Many thanks for any assistance.SMILE....they will wonder what you are up to...........;)0 -
Well after a break of 20 odd years i`ve finally finished my jacket and i`m really happy with it.
Now, i`ve started making dd a hat, the pattern has a lace & bobble design in it, but i`ve gone wrong so i`ll have to take it back a few rows !!! hate that lol0 -

Or perhaps you could help in another way?
The charity was set up to help all animals, but as we became increasingly aware of the heart breaking needless destruction of unclaimed dogs in dog pounds, we vowed to help them and the charity has developed to provide an essential life saving rescue service for these forgotten dogs.
A non-profit organisation who rely totally on fundraising and donations to save these animals.
