    Debters Bankruptcy petition -

1.f My main centre of interests have been/I have an establishment at or etc etc

    What do I put here?

On number 2 I have put my current address as I have lived here for 4 months.

But the majority of my debts are still registered at my old address - so do i put that in there? (1f)

Put your old address as main centre of interest; it's only an EU statisitc gathering exercise.

Isn't Croydon in Northern France ??:confused:

It's quite a "frisky" site; there's all sorts of :happyhear :kisses2: :grinheart :kisses: :smileyhea and :kisses3: goes on behind the scenes.:o  :D
  • If its inebriation the kids have been lacing my coffee & tea again.. hehehehe . I'm a calm person, I dont know what it is, I get good and bad feelings, and with this I got good feelings, unlike my last court appearance, I was absolutely petrified for days before, couldnt eat properly, sleep, and on the day itself I was working, couldnt have time off, broke down with 1/2 hr to hearing to go and was stuck miles away from court, I had to get my boss to ring the court on my behalf, I was pacing the pavement waiting for breakdown assistance, chain smoking, soaking wet, no coat, no money for a drink and busting for the loo, They heard the case in my abscence, didnt believe me Id broken down, and granted the eviction and gave me a week to get out or find 2.5k, a week before Christmas. I knew it, I was gutted. And Calmness was nowhere to be seen.

So all I can do now is pass on my good feelings to everyone else and hope it works for you all . xxx

  • Thats another form done! Thanks Lesley - are you really going that early or is that v tongue in cheek? I have visions of people wanting to go bR queueing outside your court like the start of the Harrods Sale!

I see that lovely Tiger Feet has started a thread for us jumpers....how lovely is that???

Im starting to feel a bit more relaxed about my SOA etc etc. If its not on the forms properly then I am sure the OR will tell me or the court will and I will just have to go back again.

Right - Im off to bed. Good night my ovely fellow jumpers xxx
