Its odd, but you aren't asked for ID. I took mine expecting to be asked for it.
Your OR will request cheque books/cc's etc after the event. He sends you a letter with pre-paid envelope to send everything in.
I wouldn't worry about the kids accounts, but do be aware that the account maybe frozen and closed if your name is on it! It happened to someone on here recently. The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter

Hi Lesley,
With the bst makeover in the world I probably wouldn't pass for a woman, so as much as I'd love to, I'll probably have to decline your very kind offer.:D
(bltn will ask if that's the opportunity to go to Court or dress as a woman)0 -
so Rich..is that the oppourtunity to go to court, or dress as a woman:p
A day in a womans shoes would probably do most men good:rolleyes:The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter

Right - have decided to do dummy run straight after school run tomorrow as will have a better idea because of traffic etc etc.
I have fixed dodgy printer and printed off debtors bankruptcy petition and directions.
I still need to do some tweaking to my SOA.
And fill in the claim form for the court fees.
Print off 3 copies of SOA
Submit SOA
Get fees together
Cancel any DD's that do not go through by midday Tuesday.
Make sure I have enough petrol in the car.
Plan smartish outfit for court.
Drink a whole bottle of rescue remedy. (I dont smoke!)
Breeeeaaatheee....
How on earth can all my fellow jumpers be so calm?0 -

I really don't know, I've been calm from the words " BR is best option" from the CAB, I guess in hindsight I knew it, I dont' feel worried, guilty, nervous, I do feel like Iv'e let myself and others down though, and I am sorry for that, and now I am actually looking forward to starting a fresh, concentrating on getting straight, budget planning, future planning, actually saving a few pennies and eventually pounds . I want to do it not just for me, but to show my Kids the new right way, ,not my stupid past way of managing finances is the way forward, and I am looking forward to the Challenge. How on earth can all my fellow jumpers be so calm?
Just be strong NME, It will all come good, dont get yourself too stressed, you will be no good anyone stressed out will you.

            Debters Bankruptcy petition -
1.f My main centre of interests have been/I have an establishment at or etc etc
What do I put here?
On number 2 I have put my current address as I have lived here for 4 months.
But the majority of my debts are still registered at my old address - so do i put that in there? (1f)0 -

I'm not jumping and I'm not calm. :eek:NoMoreExcuses wrote: »Right - have decided to do dummy run straight after school run tomorrow as will have a better idea because of traffic etc etc.

I still need to do some tweaking to my SOA. You really are a a perfectionist NME; it'll probably win the SOA Award of the year.;)
And fill in the claim form for the court fees.Don't forget to take some proof of benefits or ammowances.
Print off 3 copies of SOA or one and photocopy the others; don't push the printer too hard.
Submit SOA Probably won't make much difference to anything.
Get fees together Very important; I don't think they accept IOU's from wannabe bankrupts.:D
Cancel any DD's that do not go through by midday Tuesday. Only if you've got time and really won't matter. I regularly cancel ours if I run short of cash and then reinstate them the next month.:D
Make sure I have enough petrol in the car.Save the planet; can't you bike?;)
Plan smartish outfit for court. Snob:rotfl: :rotfl:
Drink a whole bottle of rescue remedy. (I dont smoke!) Is that a French wine:beer:
Breeeeaaatheee.... I think that's a subconscious thing:p
