    Good post Richard.
One question though. I thought everybody had to have 3 copies of their SOA. One for the court, one for the judge and ONE FOR YOURSELF!;) Dalip

damn...thats where I went wrong then....liverpool only asked for one copy...although now do I wish I'd have kept one for me as well

Good luck with it... mine was in 2004 but with time things get better (and easier) and you'll certainly sleep better once you've been to see everyone about it.

  • Well last night I went out for my friends 40th and try as I might, I struggled to enjoy myself, my mind was elsewhere. I have had a long sleep today and feel all the better for it.:D

I need to do a dummy run to the court because there are 3 courts in Croydon and I will have less than an hour to get there (in the rush hour) .

I cannot figure out my forms - the question of putting down the accounts that have been in use in the last 2 years. Thats really difficult to work out.

I also need to know when to send the forms in online? Do i do that now or on the day? And what about printing off the forms? How many?

Cost of going BR - how much will I have to pay now that I am claiming the court fees due to benefits??

I can feel my head aiming for the sand again and I am sure I will be in a right 2 and 8 on Tuesday night.

Anyone else going this week? Would love a hand holder to jump with.

I also need to know when to send the forms in online? Do i do that now or on the day? And what about printing off the forms? How many?:confused:As far as I know, you don't actually 'send' them anywhere, you print them off and bring them with you. Check with your court how many copies you need, ours is 3, but I read today that someone only had to take 1 copy. I'd get them printed as soon as you've finished if I were you. The last thing you need is to be printing them off on the morning and your printer jams/runs out of ink/explodes

Cost of going BR - how much will I have to pay now that I am claiming the court fees due to benefits??:confused:The OR fee is £335.
