I've just had the most delicious dinner.

I decanted a few packs of the frozen beef into a saucepan, added a couple of chopped tomates (fresh or tinned) a beef stock cube, hot water and a dash of wine (depends on your interpretation of dash but you should drink the rest!) Bubbled for a little while and 'oh my goodness' almost as good as my butchers beef. No more boil in the bag or microwave for me.

Hoorah for Tescos Birds Eye beef in gravy. :j :j

  • Has anyone ever wondered why some people simply dont read threads properly ??

on p55 I submitted this site as a place to offload some beef

2 pages later someone else does the same

    daft or what

seems more and more on this site - things just get repeated over and over by people who dont read the thread over properly

soz to rant but half the reason threads end up way too long is cos people cant be bothered to read

I'm saving my vouchers for DLP. We are looking to go in Feb, 2 adults 2 children.
    My questions are.

If i pay by using my vouchers do i still get the free child prices?

What is the best way of doing it, ie which tour operator. We want to go on Eurostar.

What is the best hotel to stay in? My 6yr old daughter wants to stay in the big pink palace but it's very expensive, is it worth it if your out all day anyway? or are the cheaper hotels ok. I imagine we'll only be sleeping there.

    Thanks for any help.

You can use the vouchers with Cresta - and you can still get the child free places (cos I spoke to them this morning!). All other supplements apply (times, suites etc)
Santa Fe is cheap and basic - but as you say, you do only sleep there - they have the normal facilities excpet you have to hire the kettle from the luggage station.
If you are staying for a long time (we're doing 6) then do a better hotel as they will also have a pool and stuff. Disney IS great, but there is only so many time you can Thunder Mountain and follow Mickey!

Eurostar is fab and easy, takes you right into Disney.

Pick up a brochure from any travel agents for Disney Cresta to check out what your getting. The brochure prices are only to Dec 05, but use this years prices to work it out - the cost wont be much more (ours worked out at £50 more)

It's true, but as the people reading the threads don't always read previous posts I don't think it hurts that your useful info was reposted.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Tesco are currently offering triple points on mobile phone top ups of £15 or more.

Not quite up to the deals standard of the food offers, but a few extra points in the kitty if you need to top up.

My goodness, who got out the wrong side of the bed?

I am sorry I misposted. But I don't have all day to sit and read all posts, I couldn't find a recipe thread. And no, I didn't read the whole of the thread, but that is because its very long.

Threads become so long because of a number of reasons, not least because of posts like this and yours before it!
