Oh anniestar............so sorry you're feeling so low.................make mincemeat out of those jaffa cakes (not literally mincemeat -you'd be dead clever if you could...........lol) but go on.......spoil yourself, you deserve it.
There's always someone around here to pour out your woes to. We all get them and it does help just to get it out of your system. The time of year doesn't help either........weather couldn't be worse -well it could I suppose but its so cold, windy, snow promised............eek !
OH got me some indoor daffs to put on the windowsill for when I came back from seeing Mum last week (very depressing visit) and they're all in bloom now and look a treat. Spring might not be round the corner just yet but its nice to see a little sign of it.
God bless anniestar and take care.
Oh.........just to add..............don't know if anyone else does this but I have radio 2 on all day -gives a bit of light relief, bit of fun, serious discussion at lunchtime and chris evans (who I once couldn't stand) has me laughing away to myself.............works for me anywayMary
I'm creative -you can't expect me to be neat too !

Donnygal you lucky, lucky, lucky……….thing you, being mortgage free. I’m not jealous in the slightest
Got my traybake tin, box and bread keeper from Lakeland today with a few other bits and used the £10 off voucher, very pleased with them.
Had a busy day at work (from home) and spent the time after picking the kids up at the garage with problem car again. Not very happy, new battery required this time. -more expense, hopefully that will be the end of it for a while.
Feeling tired today, the wind howling kept waking me up last night as well as ds1&2 coughing. Hope to have a better night tonight. Hugs and best wishes to all.Proud to have dealt with my debts. Nerd number 288:j Debt free date Dec 07 :EasterBun

Visit to Mr T's successful although it took ages to get the stuff into the cpmplex, we are having a new porch put on the front of the building, so cannot use the front door......pain in the butt.............we had to carry the shopping from the car, to the door, then to the lift, into the lift, pile it on the floor and then carry it down the passage to our apartment.........phew I was exhausted.................... we have just had egg, chips and beans, followed by fruit and a little blob of icecream.
Mt T came in at £63.....so not bad, but then I only bought a chicken, bacon, gammon steaks................I have enough meat in the freezer, oh I forgot the fish.........for OH's fish and chips.
I am feeling quite mellow having had a couple of glasses of a very nice white wine we bought in FRance the last time we were there.
Hope I sleep a bit better tonight..................
Of to watch TV for an hour or so and eat my daily ration of nuts...........
Cheers...............................Was 13st 8 lbs,Now 12st 11 Lost 10 1/4lbs since I started on my diet.0 -
Evening all.
Oh my, what a day! We've been quite lucky weather wise, but its been blowing a gale. There have been quite a few road accidents in the area, which isn't good.
I have been working with our team trainer this week, preparing a training session to be presented next week. I have never really done group presentations and training, so am really hoping it goes well.
The team trainer has a vacancy for a minion, which I have applied for, so hopefully this week has reflected well on my application. Here's hoping...
Congratulations to Hester. If I have kids I really hope they aren't that heavy!!!
Hugs to all those who need or want them, and I hope nobody is suffering too badly with the weather.
