I watch v.few films and recognise this is formulaic, rites-of-50ish-passage story, but I still laughed aloud a lot and felt warmly towards it on 2 repeat watches.
Probably it's because I see so few films....
mot, wish I was closer and could be the invisible fairy intermediary for twins' collections and pick-ups. We'll work on bettering this from within you later - time will help, you know, as will the security of new house>home, as it shakes down to bedrock experience in your new life.

Ooooh to Dirty Dancing 'Nobody puts Baby in a corner' - my absolute favourite film. Hope the show lives up to it!

Glad you had a good day - it's good to get out of routine and do something special.

Of course, being a commuter, I never talk to anyone on a tube or a train!

Had lovely surprise visit from my sister and BIL at lunchtime and they didn't go until 7.30pm! And yes, A, she was in a good mood all the time - I was so pleased:j . And that's also why I didn't call you back Wol but yes would love a natter tomorrow please :T.

Ampersand, the Wild Hogs film is one we have wanted to see for ages really must get it out on dvd.

Letter received back from twins Papa with various objections to what was asked of him, so a reply from me has now been emailed to him politely telling him why he needs to do what has been asked. Letter from him was not written in quite the same way as usual and twins said that g/f had actually typed it - she put the word 'regards' at the bottom for a start which never happens:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Morning all,

Survived school journey again - weather and traffic awful but now much calmer - a bit like me:rolleyes: !

Letters hand delivered to The Hemel School (very nice!!) and to the Educ Auth and coffee had with friend J. Now home again doing housework:eek: .

Dreamt of tomorrow's hospital last night - not looking forward to it:o .

My appt is to be at hospital for 4.30pm as Consultant is doing an evening list so good thoughts coming my way at that time please :A .
