MOT and twins - Start of our new life!

No worries J, I went and googled that as I did not know what it was
Glad you are looking after yourself though, the treadmill is a killer when you have not used it for a while!! 0 -
Hi J and BM
Sorry not been in personal contact..not good 7 days for me as many demands from job etc..however working through it positively...and have allocated this weekend to catch up on phone/email etc.
MOT - congratulations on getting back in the gym. However please exercise caution so you don't overdo it if you have bursitis...keep mobile and flexible...but be aware of the two pain thresholds...uncomfortable and downright ****** painful.
BM is right (so sorry BM you also have dodgy hip..not pleasant!!) in that treadmill might not be ideal for you at moment.and swimming will be better..
Your gym sounds pretty professional...so it might be worth having a word with one of the trainers and ask for their advice on appropriate exercises/training programme. But you will need to tell them what your issues are if they are to be of help. Mine were brilliant when I went in with massive weight loss and bad back...they organised a programme for me so that I wouldn't lose any more weight , would tone relevant muscles...and yet wouldn't exacerbate my back. Some of it was down to using the equipment correctly..but the rest was down to not doing more than was good for me (despite the standard weight vs ht = do this programme...they changed everything to suit my own personal needs...but only once I had told them of my issues)
So good luck with the gym...and let us know how you're getting on from time to time.
Oh and the steroid injection should hopefully help.... tremendously (although it may take more than one!)
Onwards and upwards!!
P.S. Thanks BM....wil email you reply this weekend.
Much love to you both

Hi SC,
Thanks for that, had email from Ed Auth recently to say places will announced on the site late Mon pm - F desperate to know and will be like a cat on a hot tin roof until she finds out:rotfl: A doesn't seem bothered but thats boys I suppose
Got Nonnon (Grandad in Italian) and I-T's sister coming tonight, I-T making a WW Chicken Tikka Masala at the moment for dinner and I've just made WW Fudgy Chocolate Ice cream which is now in freezer ready for dessert.
Lovely and sunny here today, got to vac house then pick F up from her friends then I-T taking twins shopping for Mothers Day:D something nice and pampering would be lovely!
What are you all up to this weekend?
SC, going to check on the Ed Auth website just in case!Christians Against Poverty - www.capuk.org0 -
:rolleyes:Hello mot - guess who was out in the night valiantly attempting, and failing, to hold new fence up?
Man came back unprompted; will have to be re-done.
Very lairy indeed.
Yes, it may be sunny, but it's FREEEEEEEZing here and forecast is for much, MUCH more of worse during week.
Saw something about online WW - does anyone think it is worth trying this way? I suspect the moral support from Group is an invaluable spur.
What does it work out to weekly, please?
Why not stand outside holding WW Fudgy Chocolate Ice cream mixture? - it'll fruzz très vite in a very environmentally friendly non-leccy way, though it will also blow away out of bowl.:rolleyes:CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

Oh no! What time was this that you were holding the fence up A? Not too unearthly an hour I hope!:rolleyes:Hello mot - guess who was out in the night valiantly attempting, and failing, to hold new fence up?

I-T still has to put up the washing line so clothes were outside on the airer which promptly blew over twice  only one item has to go back in the wash though thank goodness as washing basket is full again:eek: .
WW online would be good A, you get support over the phone from the WW online crew as I believe you phone in once a week to give your weightloss/gain and have a chat with someone from WW who gives the moral support needed. I'm not sure of the costs but I know, for me, its costs £4.14 a week as I have done the Monthly Pass thingy which saves me money (£1.36 a week) and I get the free E-Source which is normally £6.95 a month and is really useful and interesting - let me know if you decide to do it (or when I get my stuff out of storage you can have all my old books from last year and 'weigh in' with me over the phone each week;) ).Christians Against Poverty - www.capuk.org0 -
Well, mot and all other mamans - may today be full of Mother's Day love and laughter for you and unspilt champers in bed about now.
Special wishes to F&A - and all thoughts with you(and all others who wait)for tomorrow night when school places come through.
Last night with IT's papa and sister?
Warm and happy, I'll wager - as good for you as your brilliant 1st week weight loss, if differently.
Happy Sunday to all.

No champers in bed but a homemade fruit smoothie made by F, some Sanctuary bath gel from A and a book from F (The Ex Wife's Survivial Guide :rotfl: ). Twins now swimming again and they are cooking roast chicken when they get home
.
Last night was good although panic over the WW curry - I-T made double the amount as there were 6 of us and when he had finished cooking there was only enough for 4 reasonable servings:eek: now I know its all to do with portion control but for everyone else there just wouldn;t have been enough! So a dash to Mr T's for more chicken breasts and another curry was made using a jar of Tikka Masala sauce!!!
Nonnon has said he wants to take us all to a really nice restaurant in St A for our birthday the week after next (I-T and I have the same one and this year is 'special' one for me:eek: ) so that will be something nice to look forward to.
Hope you're all having a nice day xxChristians Against Poverty - www.capuk.org0 -
em, mot.
Did anyone else watch the(adjective of choice)Willie Harcourt-Cooze and his chocolate venture/misadventure begin last night?
Thoughts?
It interested me to see a Tiverton bit I know well from an old nearby life........as did his b/g, as Googled.
SCHOOLS TODAY - will explain car crashed en route to Charity day due to excess of transversed digits.
Love to all as, according to forecast, 'Winter's on its way at last.'

Hi MOT,
So did you get your letter from LL to show Education Authority?
Have you got a move in date yet?
All seems to have gone very quiet.
If you stay where you are now will twins be able to go to the new school anyway?
