3 Retention Deals

Just off the phone to Three and they offered me the AYCE Calls + Txt inc 4GB (includes tethering) for £15, then got put through to dept that deals with iPad SIM only Data deals and got a 5GB Data deal (which also includes tethering) for £8 per month, so all in all what I was paying for my mobile phone tariff now includes my data plan for my iPad mini.


30min call saved me nearly £100 for the year.

My 24 month contract with Three has come to its end. 300 cross-network mins + 5000 texts + All-you-can-eat Data with the Galaxy S4 for £29 p/m

Got my pac code a few weeks ago and they haven't called with an offer the way they usually have done in the past 10 years I've been with them and reading this thread I'm aware why now


What's the best option for me? I don't like any of the tarrifs they're offering for the phones I want. I barely use minutes/texts but use 10GB+ of data

Well during the first half of 2015 customer churn was 1.5% and new customers were 391,000.

The lack of posts in here is due to people not being offered any deals to stay.

Finally got that 'One Plan' phase out letter, being offered less for double the price. What's the best I can ask for when I say thanks but no thanks?

I got the letter through today - they want to change my plan from unlimited calls, texts and data for £20 to £30?


50% increase for the same package. No thanks. I shall be calling them shortly to complain.

Yep, same here. Offered me less (12gb data instead of unlimited ) for £30 instead of £15 i have been paying.

I think it is a way to get you to call.

Could you update as I won't get chance to call yet?

I'm on the One unlimited plan for £15. Dreading the letter but when I do I think I'll move to gifgaf unless something better is available. Looks like there is something similar for £20

Has anyone had experience of gifgaf or know of any other good deals.
