3 Retention Deals

I have been with them 3 or 4 years.Last year i had 4 phones with them for all my family.

Which departments are offering these deals. My son and wife seem to just get India and are being offered worse deals than you can get with 3 through the internet or paper.

They rang me everyweek offering different retention deals since I asked to convert the contract into PAYG. I have to resist to wait for the good one turn up.

I called three today, and the lady offered me £25 with the Nokia 6500 with 750 minutes 600 odd texts, 50 video minutes, 50 multimedia messages, £5 downloads.

Is this a good deal? I told her I'd think about it and get back to her! I could have got less minutes but the N95.

Thoughts?

nope, my contract runs till Aug with £0.00 a month spend on a data plan ( a data card that has never worked since new & niether has it been supported since 6 weeks after I bought it ! ), doubt they'll call - India wanted 179.99 for a 6288 on T&T 600 at full price ! they can kiss my sweet little !!!!!

I rang them today and asked for new Nokia N95 8GB. Been offered 300min+150 text messages+300min to other 3 phone numbers for £33. Almost identical to what they offer to new customers. Have been with 3 for more then 2 years and have second contract with them. Requested PAC code straight away. Let's see what happens.

Three called yesterday and offered me the £10 N73 offer again - having read through this thread and seen the lack of decent offers this year, I decided to take it. However, when I asked if they could offer my wife the same deal the best they could do was the standard £15 mix and match, which I then informed them I could get off their website!

Oh well, just have to wait and see if they change their mind...

Do you need to ask for your PAC code to get the best deals??
If I get the £5 deal I stay, if not I don't.
