Another thing to consider, trying to be reasonable is that this mimics the Amazon feedback system again. Whilst sellers on Amazon can leave feedback for buyers it doesn't mean a thing as it doesn't show unless you look for it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I know we usually follow the US system, but maybe we can hold off a while longer.

Do ebay not do research into what their sellers/buyers think?
If this feedback thing becomes official on ebay.co.uk, I hope they get bombarded with complaints!I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -
Maybe we should wait and see or maybe Martin could use it on his programme!!!!!

Don't ebay ever listen to what we want rather than just going ahead and do things.
Is there any way we can ALL bombard them with emails against the new system?
I have a buyer who i offered a full refund to when they send the item back, they TOTALY refused to send item back and DEMANDED refund, they opened a PP dispute only to be told to send the item back, i have not heard anything since.
So with the new system they can neg me saying i wouln't give refund but i cant neg them to say DEMANDED refund and refused to send item back, how's that fair?

Are they serious? Sellers can't leave a neg or a neutral?? Then what's the point in feedback? Ebay will be even more of a scammers paradise, since the buyers will be able to do as many charge backs as they like and keep doing so as sellers can't leave a neg to warn others. And the buyers can happily neg for absolutely anything they feel like knowing there's no come back.
I can see the ridiculous negs now:Item arrived whist I was in the bath, inconsiderate seller, could have posted an hour later.Sigless0
