like why???
just read this http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/7228460.stm
i don't get it, starts in may though.0 -
'Bout time too.0

Sounds like a good idea to me... a few times I have not left negative feedback because I knew I would get a neg in return....
Most buyers buy and then pay with paypal immediately... once that happens, what can the buyer do wrong that warrants bad feedback?
Ok so there are doubtless some idiot buyers that don't pay immediately, but in that case the seller contacts ebay to report them and ebay puts a strike against their account...

Absolutely ridiculous!!!
I encouter some absolute idiots on Ebay.
Someone left me negative feedback because they didn't read my description of the item.0 -
so in light of this where elese can i sell has anyoe tried ebid ??0

Just another nail in ebay's coffin.
Not allowing sellers to give factual feedback about a buyer is totally wrong.
What can buyer do wrong, errrm loads.
They fail to read description of ad and when they get the item, they leave bad feedback even though it is there fault. They recieve a damaged item because of the way it was handled by postoffice, but instead of resolving the matter, they leave bad feedback. The list is endless
It is the attitude of people that needs changing. Instead of being truthfull about the products they recieve, they are more concerned about there feedback rating. The good old british way, Dont moan just let it go.Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0 -
I thought the negative feedback was a good indicator for people that were considering buying for a particular seller as it shows what people thought abuot their service. How would you be able to monitor this now?0

The death of Ebay is nigh

i don't look at the feedback once buyers have purchased. but i do rely on blocking ebayer's with a poor feedback history. i don't know how many its stopped but it must have been some.
i do think it's unfair on sellers though.0 -
