What's interesting to see is that despite the last weeks' announcement, email to all members and subsequent outcry over the situation, it's only when it hits the national news a week later that people take notice!

Not heard of ebid but will look it up. I knew when QXL died off and Ebay took over that one day it'd end up this way - most companies sell out eventually.

oh, well, bye bye eBay! I have bought and sold on eBay but will be closing my account (100% positive feedback) in protest and will find somewhere else to sell my junk - the local car boot is far easier even if I don't make the same money!
And no negs!!!

...and adding that I closed my account with the comment -

"As a small volume Seller I am appalled at the changes to Feedback and charges that create a two tier charging and PayPal protection system, therefore I am closing my account in protest."

We'll see if they deign to reply to THAT one!
