Crikey, looks like there's still loads to do. Will do the ensuite when I go upstairs to bed. Am going to get the food shopping tomorrow evening on the way home from school ,,,that's if I'm not too tired.
We need to try and go and collect some pine small filing cabinets we've ordered tomorrow evening also. And i expect we'll spend some of the weekend filling them!!!
We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.

Oh dear I seemed to have slipped again but at least with the kitchen and livingroom being on a mon and tues, the house always looks good to visitors. OH is washing up at the moment as I had a moan that I always seem to do it. Maybe I ought to go and dry up!

    don't you dare.

You have had a really tough week too. I am sure you have plenty of other things that need doing, as the teaching stuff is never 'done' is it. Well done for what you have achieved this week.

Fraid I've already done it and cleaned the sink......

As to the situation with Charlie, I think I would just mention it and ask if they know what happened. Explain that you would like to know when he has hurt himself , not in order to blame anyone just so that you are aware

  • Hi everyone

I've had to "skim" to catch up with you all, as things have been a bit manic here. Not flying brilliantly.

Michelle - as an NVQ Assessor in Health and Social Care (yes, if anyone's interested, I also work full time, so this is helping me to get my weekends back, too!) in my humble opinion, no one working in any form of care should have finger nails long enough to cause any damage, accidental or otherwise. I would be inclined to ask "Were you aware of any sort of mishap yesterday?" and go from there!

Have I missed something disastrously important, like some plan by the Hierarchy to clip our wings? Please can Lil_me or Pigpen pm if I need to know anything I shouldn't be doing on here.

If anyone lives in Wales, especially Gwent, pm if you want to make contact, or anyone else if you like. I'll talk to anyone!!!

Well, that doesn't look quite so bad, now. I think DS's room is going to be a weekend task, this week. He's really let it slip as his health has dipped quite dramatically in the last three months - no school at all at the moment, so I'll get him to direct operations from his bed on Saturday and blitz it!

Hello to anyone new on here. Hugs to anyone feeling a bit down. Hope I'll have a bit more time tomorrow. Night night!

oh yeah and a delicate :o question to ask.
Hubs and I had some, er, over enthusiastic you know what at the weekend and I have had really aching period style cramps since then. Should I be worried or anything ? Its been 5 days now and its really annoying (its not my period, I am still breastfeeding and am blissfully period free still. Sorry if TMI)
