We have had two weekly collections for three years now, and bagged up properly there is no problem even in summer, but I have to admit I don't stand round sniffing rubbish.
If your area is going over to two weekly collections all I can say is make sure everything is bagged, or you will get flies like if you dropped a chicken carcus in. Thats the only time we have had problems and then I lecture hubby about not doing it again lol!0 -

I am truly shocked at this response, really I am, how can anyone say that about children? The OP has depression, money problems, family problems, relationship problems among other things which they are happy to admit to. They arn't coping, getting rid of the dogs would still leave all the other problems which she can't cope with, a little respite foster care for the children would giver her time to sort her life out, clean up and then be able to cope.I am truly shocked at this response, really I am, how can anyone say that about children? My guess is that telling someone with the above problems that they need their children taken away isn't going to help much?!
Who are you to judge? They've clearly realised that things aren't working, hence why she's on here, for help and support, not for nasty comments from strangers.odi et amo0 -
After reading more of the OP's posts in this thread then I think she should give up both of her dogs as its clear she is not coping and it is unfair on the dogs - it is essential that they receive their jabs etc.:j No debts but looking to save for a house or flat :j

BH,
Foster care is not required in this situation in my personal opinion, the op is suffering from real life events and taking one of dogs out of the situation will help significantly. Money problems can lead to depression, depression can affect relationships, relationship problems can lead to family problems, everything has a knock on effect and you saying that the op should put her kids in foster care isn't really helping anyone.
