your experience jonnyjackov of exactly what happens when you travel often with ryanair is im sure shared by many other ryanair travellers, 38 trips one delay, and no faults

re your comments peterbaker on the 27/1, i agree with most of what you say, no emergency seat chat from the cabin crew should not be missed and it always is, the no change game which amounts to fiddling the customers is commonplace, my coffee and sandwich left me waiting for 10p change according to the girl, infact it was 20p and it never appeared, and the passport checks are flimsy at both security and the gate, and i also agree with ryaanir making the push and shove worse , but the travelling public dosent have too behave as they do, passing the buck onto ryanair is unfair, the morons make their own minds up on how they behave

having said that i overlook the minor faults, bad manners form the crew, ripping customers off and the tannoy alarm calls every 5 mins, because what you get is a an excellent service almost all of the time, A TO B cheap and ontime happens and that is good enough for me

it would be nice where manners and a professional attitude and service are paramount, thats long gone if you ask me, inside and outside of the airport, unless you want to pay for a performance on BA first class

It makes for very amusing reading!
    Gone ... or have I?
  • Hi, I am a bit confused over the electron charge, I just went through the booking process, and no extra charge goes on for using electron, in fact the pop up info says electron carries no extra charge.

Has this electron charge not come in yet, or have they got rid of it. Anyone?

    John

Ryanair's website states that there is no charge for paying with a Visa Electron card. They have to allow at least one payment method for which no charge is made so have (along with the other low-cost carriers) chosen Visa Electron as that method, presumably because not many people have a Visa Electron card.

  • I will be travelling with Ryanair on Saturday morning, there will be 3 adults and 5 children. We are going for a week and will be taking hand luggage only. Two of the adults are women which normally take more things and 2 of the children will require booster seats for the car which we are taking in the hand luggage allowance. I have been able to pack everything we need for the week including winter clothing as it will be cold. Toiletries I buy when I get there the smallest sizes avavilable, there are always supermarkets. There is no point in paying for extra baggage for a few extra things like toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner etc. I too used to take alot on holiday and most woud not get worn. Now I take less as it saves my back (luggage is heavy) and my purse.
