Its all about willpower isnt it ~ however, we dont have much. We just have to look at it from a (his) health point of view and hope that spurs us on.

Hi Donner I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that all goes to plan and the CC is paid off by the end of April as that would give you such a boost.
Re the storage problem with your house would it help to look for some type of storage on freecycle, maybe cupboards, wardrobes etc?? Just a thought to help clear the house up abit while waiting for the stupid council to get round to doing your house.

Heya KM! Would be fab to have it paid off and out of the way! May try and do a BT to it if they will offer a good rate? Limit is only £1000 but better than nowt!
What I need to do storage wise is get rid of all my junk...bit of a horder really! Cupboards and Wardrobes etc would be a good idea, especially in the kitchen! Really need to get back on freecycle...I have given stuff away on there before...really good site!

Well just a quick post before bed! Had a good day today, another NSD 2nd in a row! Could do with a few more! I got to work today and found I had a tenner waiting for me! Was dead chuffed...I pay £1 for a lottery syndicate thing, every month or two and we had some money in the kitty so managed to get a tenner! I was gonna put it towards my debt but thought I deserved a little treat! I am in dire need of a new coat as only have really thick ones and was a right sweaty betty before I had even got to work! So managed to get a bargin on ebay! Via Pigsback of course! Brand new bomber jacket thing that should have been about £80 and got it for a fiver with three pound postage so eight quid in total! REALLY gorgeous coat too...very posh looking! And with my remaining two pound, I am gonne buy a bottle of cheap lambrusco stuff for Friday evening after the dreaded Driving Test...so either way, I can have a cheap drink! I know I should have out it towards the debt but I needed a coat and have won a really lovely one and the tenner came out of the blue!
Have done really well food wise today...before today I was coming home from work ravished and then would have a cup of tea and polish off a pack of biscuits and then feel really sick for the whole evening and not eat all my tea! I have decided to stop doing that and when I got in today, I had a juice from my juicer and then got on with dinner. So had had something to carry me through till dinner where I made a proper quorn spag bol like thing and am feeling great!
Have been checking my Pigsback account and have nearly £18 in there. Used it when I brought my shower on ebay and the coat too so hopefully will get some more points soon so can treat myself to a voucher! Can't wait!
Righteo, off to bed as want to make sure I actually get up on time tomorrow! I overslept by 40 minutes this morning...soooo didn't want to get up!
Hope everyone is ok

Ha ha...yep need to get selling and not buying! Had some bits to list today but seems like on Thursday they have a 5p listing day! So gonna whack my junk I mean lovely items on then! Man I need to get to bed...I can't drag myself off of this site!!! Right, bed for real now! xxx
P.s. Just read your letters Tig on your diary...well done you! Completely right about the beach thing...must have been awful. Reminds me of when I took Emily to a festival and there was some dude off his head there who actually pooed himself in front of me and Emily and that sat in his own poop! Was the most discusting thing ever and we subsequently left quick sharp...the security guards carted him off pants round his ankles and put a plastic cup over it...was meant to be a family festival as well! Nice!
Right on that note I am off! Take care xxx:j 'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' - DFW Nerd member 866 :j0 -

Arggggghhhh I forgot to go thro a cashback/pigsback account when I bought a couple of things yesterday on ebay :wall: . Oh well... in my defence I paid with the lightspeed survey paypal rewards money so they were kinda free... but they could have been even free-er (is that even a word??) by getting points for spending them :rotfl:
I'm a hoarder too... good luck selling your [STRIKE]junk[/STRIKE] lovely saleable items. I sooooooo need to do this too!
Well done on the coat bargain though!Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!
