Am I the only one having problems ordering this?

I get:
"Current State of customer's line will not allow Select Services to be ordered"

Am I singled out because I went back to them from NTL or is there another reason?

I will have to give them a call and see if I can get it sorted out but in the meantime if anyone has any ideas...

Is your number an NTL number or is it one that was ported and ported back from NTL ?

Why not try ordering it using the freephone no 0800 916 55 44 and follow the voice prompts.

Are you planning getting a screen?

there is no point having caller display if you have no screen.

I checked my last bill, it says that the caller display is free but I paid £4.46 + VAT for BT calling features Pack 1

I'm easily confused!!
