    Thank you for this, this is just fantastic. I also took the option of barring call centres (at £4 a month) but worth it!

    You need a phone that is compatable. Most modern phones with a screen are fine.

    ART there is no need to use the website just call 0800 916 55 44 and follow the instructions.
    Also there is already a lengthy thread running on this subject started by Pink Onion on the 20/6/05 on the Home Phone Board which contains lots of useful info.

    Yes most phones are compatible as long as it has a screen. I had no problem doing the order, I didnt get anyone elses account up either.
