No worries. I'm thinking of heading over to Stevenage later to go to the baby event at Asda so will pop in to boots as well. Thanks for the tip.'Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.'

I am sure I have read on this (or the last) thread that the 300pts needs manually adding even if you don't use a skincare voucher. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Just a quick question, I'm always lurking on this thread..lol...and you all seem to get such good bargains....like dawnylou I find bootsing such hard work!! Anyway my real question was, I went to boots last week and bought 3 products from the protect and perfect range because No.7 had the 3 for 2 offer on, I planned to pay for one product in cash, One product using my points and obviously the 3rd item was free. Anyway after much confusion with the sa I ended up paying £32 something, instead of in my reckoning £25 which was the dearest product (protect and perfect body serum). Is this right because she took £18.50 off in points for the second dearest product, which was the P&P day cream.... I'm most confused and feeling a bit cheesed off cos I reckon the SA diddled me a bit0

Just been at got another highlighter on a £1 eyebrow pencil spend.
Didn't get another mag as the shop is so small, quiet didn't want to draw attention to myself & it's the same SA as I had last week when I got the offer.
Was there a good glitch on the baby range stuff or has that passed?
Will go see 1st post to check only I bought the Johnsons lavendar & camomile bath wash BOGOF but all the while kept thinking there could be more to be saved here!!!!0 -

Went to Boots this morning to use up skincare voucher. 75% shelves were bare, was some xmas stuff left at back of store, but I am so glad I went last week
. Spotted some facial Sanctuary minis and thought I was being clever by selecting two of £2.50 each and using voucher to pay. Computer said no!! SA reckons you can only get ONE product!! So ended up with some Time Delay wipes instead. Which is fine really, I just expected them to be oos. No mags to be seen anywhere, I think they've hidden them until they run out of Highlighters and they I think they will magicly put them out again. Cynical, moi?
Forgot about the Expert wipe glitch mentioned above, must go back with voucher later this week.....

Same here. The SA tried both ways for me and it still did not work.
But think it works with the thermal polisher. Sure I read that here as well.

Does anyone know if the £5 skincare vouchers are reusable? In my Cardiff store we have a self serve section, so I simply kept the voucher after the transaction.
The barcode is 5045092829424 and is the same on two vouchers that I have.
Thanks

Reduced stuff and the highlighter is not going through in the Oxford store - lady in front of me tried two reduced No7 glitter sets and the highlighter and they didn't go through and the SA didn't let her have it. I tried three reduced items and they didn't come up 3for2 either. Ah well.. cel x:staradmin:starmod: beware of geeks bearing .gifs...:starmod::staradmin:starmod: Whoever said "nothing is impossible" obviously never tried to nail jelly to a tree :starmod:0

ANGELBRANDY wrote: »Hi all,.... Well as a few others I missed out on the sale stuff today too! I thought it was all over! lol....
Anyway, just a quick question for you all....
Received a few parcels now from Boots and my green bin (recycling Bin) is full of brown paper! How much brown paper do Boots go through! Lol.
Oh thats not my question by the way!... Question is.... Have many of you received items which were dirty, cracked and broken packaging? Some of the items are in a terrible condition that I couldn't possibly give away as gifts!
Has anyone else had the same problem? Do you think it's worth complaining? Or do you think I should just accept that is what you can expect from items reduced by 75%? What do you think?
I too received quite a few big parcels which they hadn't bothered to wrap properly leaving one side completely exposed, so not only was that side dirty but because of the rain the boxes were soggy and bashed. I complained to customer service and she credited £15.00 worth of points onto my advantage card. These are presents for my own children, but still they should arrive in pristine condition no matter what you have paid for them. PJBargain Hunter Extraordinaire!!0
