I wish they would make it that the things you add to your basket are safe for say 15-30 mins or something to let you checkout.

just got my delivery, and was suppose to get a dora tent and disney torches, got the torchs but they didn't send the dora tent, yet it was in stock yesterday and i ordered it on saturday. Just called them and they said they had problems with this tent showing as in stock when it was out of stock. They have refunded my delivery charges so that is good. She said a lot of customers had complained about the boots.com and the team where looking in to it

Yes we all should. Even more basic - how about an order being safely locked if you have completed payment, had 'order received' then 'order being processed'.

Don't know if it's any help to anyone, but I noticed a few people were trying for the bike, the Tesco site had a couple of bikes, 10" whinnie the poo and 12" boys and girls bikes for £17.50.
