  • 'Time Delay Hand Cream Free'

I tried to use the voucher on time delay hand cream as everything else on the time delay range under £5 had been snapped up. But was told the voucher can only be used on facial products thankfully the SA was really nice and said theres still a week left try another day.
This was in manchester city centre anyone been told anything else

Iv had 3 Olay Regen Cleansers @ £6.50 and got 300pts, but sa had to manually add points,
How did you manage to get the SA to add the points manually? It states on the voucher something like 'cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer' so she wouldn't add the points and I didn't want to push my luck. I wonder if it's worth me emailing customer services........;)

I rang CS the first time I tried it, the nice man put the points on for me. I still had the voucher, so tried again and the SA was told by a supervisor to over ride the till, so I got the points. I got another one and again the till was over ridden for me.

  • had another palava today:rolleyes: .....some no7 ladies... she was adament i couldnt get the highlighter even though i was spending about £7, she said your getting a bargin as it is:rotfl: err scuze me boots gave me the voucher to get a better deal! Anyway to cut a long story short she said it was cos it was a reduced item and on the voucher it said not to be used with any other offer....fair do's, i like her style but i then pointed out that all number no7 was on offer either 3 for 2, clearance or whatever, she then changed her tune and said oh it just means clearance offer:rotfl: haha silly lady i told her it didnt say on the coupon "not to be used with any other offer apart from 3 for 2" she didnt like it. i didnt really mind if i didnt get the highlighter but they come out with such rubbish like .....the coupons not big enough to write excludes clearance:rolleyes:

In my errors though i found out that the bedtime bath in my boots is not in with the 2 for £2.50 as its 500ml included in the offer not 4ooml on the shelves..... dont think a 500ml exists bit gutted really.

DawnyLou, also have to agree that Peterlee is rubbish for bargains!! The only thing it is ok for is a meal deal, LOL!

Have you tried hartlepool marina boots? thats much bigger and seems to have loads more bargains, there was loads of 75% sale stuff if you got there early enough and they also have the odd clearance bits..

Oh thank goodness someone else has seen how pathetic it is!! lol
The meal deals I don't bother with as I find it cheaper to make bait at home :o

Hartlepool is too difficult for me.
I can't drive and don't like getting the bus, but my Fiance is going to take me to Hartlepool when he has some holidays at the end of the week so I will check it out then, probably far too late but better late than never I guess :)

Yes they make up any excuses don't they??
Today one of the excuses I was given was that the vouchers were printed on the 19th Jan and so were no longer valid and I was so embarrassed as had a really big q behind me too so I just said yes but it shouldn't matter what day the voucher was printed as it states valid til 29th Jan.
To which she just 'hmmmmmmed' lol

I definitely bought 2 X 500ml bedtime bath today for £2.50, Cheltenham store so it is in the deal & does exist. Maybe they're just not putting it out on the shelves.

Does anyone know if the 90% on line sale starts tomorrow?

If so anyone staying up or getting up early in the morning?
