Thank you, I think I will complain also! I also want to complain again regarding orders they keep cancelling aswell, might aswell do it all in one go. Lol.
I hope they learn from all these mistakes they keep making and I guess by us complaining will make them aware that it isn't acceptable and therefore can improve their service.
Will let you know how I get on.

Also I have 3 £5 off skincare vouchers which I must use or I'll forget I have them.
Is the TD any good as I don't want to fork out too much, Regenerist out of my price range, well more I begrudge paying that much if I'm honest.

I fancy getting this - is it a traditional wipe off cleanser or a cleansing wash? Have you tried it? My skin is quite sensative so I don't want anything to make me glow. Thanks Dusty
