I complained to customer service and she credited £15.00 worth of points onto my advantage card. These are presents for my own children, but still they should arrive in pristine condition no matter what you have paid for them. PJ
Thank you, I think I will complain also! I also want to complain again regarding orders they keep cancelling aswell, might aswell do it all in one go. Lol.
I hope they learn from all these mistakes they keep making and I guess by us complaining will make them aware that it isn't acceptable and therefore can improve their service.
Will let you know how I get on.0 -

Sorry what glitch is this please?
Also I have 3 £5 off skincare vouchers which I must use or I'll forget I have them.
Is the TD any good as I don't want to fork out too much, Regenerist out of my price range, well more I begrudge paying that much if I'm honest.0 -

That was mean of her; I bought 3 x £1.79 Sanctuary face masks and the voucher went through OK.0 -
Iv had 3 Olay Regen Cleansers @ £6.50 and got 300pts, but sa had to manually add points,
I fancy getting this - is it a traditional wipe off cleanser or a cleansing wash? Have you tried it? My skin is quite sensative so I don't want anything to make me glow. Thanks DustyThe birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
