    Morning all,

Its yuck here sleet & snow showers the poor dog did and about turn at the door when he saw the weather can't say I blame him but we went out. DD2 still poorly perks up after calpol but quietens down once it is starting to wear off.

I didn't manage much flying yesterday afternoon and evening as DD wanted read to or cuddled - that how I can tell shes not well as she is not normally a touchy girl.

So list for today looks like -
    Tuesday Living Room, Hall

    Vacuum floors and sofas
    Level 3
    Wipe light switches and banister
    Wonderful Wednesdays - Master Bedroom
    Level 2
Dust surfaces & make sure no cobwebs..
    15 minutes floordrobe clearance
    Level 3
    Vacuum floors in bedroom
Extra tasks list, as usual choose one or more
    • Ebay/Amazon/Car boot search, anything that can be sold which is no longer used? Cheaper listing day on Ebay this Thursday
    Thursday Bathroom and Study/Pc Area

    Level One
Clean floors in these rooms (even if it is around the clutter)
    Level Two
    Clean baths, toilets and sinks
    Level Three
    Clear clutter from floor
    Wipe down tiles in bathroom

    Extra mission:
Pick whichever you want to attempt:
    • Wipe the skirtings, door and window frames in these rooms
    • Wash your bathroom mats, nets, clean blind/curtains etc
    • Clean/wash the brushes/dust box/filters on the vacuum cleaner (ensure these are dry before using again)
    • clean the radiators in these rooms (and behind them if you can)
    • Defragment PC, or at least do a disc clean up (you lot get off lucky I have 6 to do!)

Could someone please tell me how to defragment the PC is it something straight forward?

See.. I never replied.. I'd already gone.. ner!!! :p

Kaz.. hope all goes well at your course.. and daddy gets his furry butt there too!

Todays meltdown number 1.. I gave him a very quick flea comb before school.. just to make sure! Meltdown number 2 .. the gates were locked so we had to go round to the 'wrong gate' meltdown number 3.. they had a cherry-picker outside the gates checking out the telephone cables and I wouldn't let him run on ahead!! .. NONE of these things I expected without giving an explanation of why and he still kicks off!

DD4's ears seem ok this morning.. I wonder if they'd just been cold as she'd not worn her hat home from school.

DD4 and 5 have noses pouring with gunge today.. dose of emdised and school.. I LIKE being mean!! lol

DD3 went into school ok today.. no clothes hiding or shoe hiding or dawdling about.

I think we have the problem with DS1 sorted.. they aren't kicking him out of school but WILL be delighted in May when he leaves!! :p

DD1 is being all premenstrual.. due Sunday I think.. by which time I'll be premenstrual as well!! ROFL.. God help the men in the house when there are 6 of us at it!! lol

Hubby playing hooky from work today so he can get the bay painted.. in the FREEZING cold.. I may make him go collect Tiddles.. save me a walk!.. or we could all go and go to a pub for lunch... hhmmm.. there's an idea! :D

Best go play with my laundry.. eet iss taking over ze vurld!

Bathroom done (sink, bath and toilet cleaned, floors washed).

Dusty thank you for that post - it was just wanted I needed hear! Sick of doing everything for everyone else, lost two days this week thanks to people being selfish and expecting me to give up my time. Have decided that upstairs is fine and have arranged to take my parents out for lunch!

Morning! Not flying today, had a poor nights sleep so taking it easy, Ds is still 'made' up with cold so is grumpy.

Trying to plan my garden and need help! Its currently just a huge expense of lawn with some trees and bushes at the top. Its quite bumpy and on a hill. Have decided to lay a patio under the kitchen window and patio doors and then in a few years build a conversary (sp) off the dining room but want the patio fancy. I want to plan out where to plant bushes, dont do flowers/bedding plant, and have a patio and play area for DS but don't know where to start, anyone know any good websites with ideas???

Embb gald the first day went well, the four hours cleaning - you'll whizz through the place in about 2 hours max the speed you fly at unless its mega grotty, so take your time, get everywhere done but don't kill yourself!

    Enjoy your day!

Guess who is on the phone.. on hold.. trying to get through to tax credits morons!! ..

I could while away the hours..
    Consulting with the mushrooms...
If I only had a brain..

Why do they assume everyone is as stupid as they are??

Still done nothing.. but I am going to get another 15 items TL'd.. at least.

I need to clean out the DW as well.. it is full of fish pie bits! lol

Hey.. at least they keep waffling and I won't be caught singing to their 'on hold' tune.. like I usually am lol.

I have a few parcels to send back to the catalogue too.. 6, I think so far that I need to parcel up.

    La-la-la-la...

    right..

Everyone who got a double payment of tax credits last week is now having their weekly payment reduced.. and no they aren't sending letters out!! They have decided to avoid any overpayments being made they have increased everyones annual income by 4% and adjusted their weekly payment accordingly.. and any 'extra' it what was paid last week.. eg .. I get £252 a week.. last week I got £252 plus £236.. as they had decided my husband had had a 4% pay increase (I f***ing wish!!) so they reduced our weekly payments to £232.. the remainder from this years allocation was £232 so they gave us that early.

It isn't a 'bonus' or anything other than money they are taking off us on a weekly basis until the annual review.. I don't get my pack until June!!!!!!

I am FURIOUS.. last year he got a pay rise of 1.75%.. WHERE the hell do they get 4% from??????
