Dreams bed Superstore??? Complaints?

Does anyone wonder why there are only 4 and 5 star reviews on the Dreams website? That is because they do not post poor reviews. I have tried twice now to review the mattress I bought from them. I was very fair. I rated the quality highly, because they seem to be good materials (even though I can't open up the bed and look at them). I rated the comfort and value low, and I wrote that the bed is very uncomfortable. Neither time did they post my review. So don't believe their reviews. They don't post the bad ones. So unethical!

Bifold, which Harrison bed do you have, and how long have you had it? Mine was a Hypnos bed. I'm really disgusted that Hypnos is unable to create a bed with a combination of comfort and support that matches the level that they are rating it at. One of the sales reps that I spoke to about this told me Harrision have very good customer service.
I have a 5ft Sapphire firm tension pocketed spring mattress(1350 springs). The mattress has a winter side and a summer side to keep you cool or as warm as toast.
The base has a sprung edge,I have had it over ten years (they still make them pretty much the same. They supply John Lewis, there is a video on JLP website of a bed being made)0 -
In the last couple of days it has been announced that the Lancashire bedmaker, Silentnight, has applied for a Company Voluntary Agreement (CVA). Silentnight UK is the parent company of Sealy UK, another famous name in the world of beds.

£100 million black hole in the pension fund.
But don't forget they employ something in the region of 1350 staff. I personally wish with well.Helping the country to sleep better....ZZZzzzzzzz0 -
It's very sad.
Mind you, it's only the word of the management that the pension contributions are to blame.
Mattresses used to be remarkably cheap for the lifespan we expected from them (~7 years).
Not so now. These days, a mattress only seems to last a year or two. Although to be fair, me and the wife are quite an active couple.0 -
I got a full refund for the bed but that was extremelly hard work.
I have put in my complaint about the mattress as per their terms and conditions, within 7 days of the fault occuring and inside the year guarantee as stated on their website:
Email Sent to Dreams complaining
2 visits from Ecomaster and quite regular emails to complain and eventually, 107 days later I have been offered a full refund.0 -

But you won't find a reply from him as he's been banned.
I have read many posts by Mr Deegan, including the one in answer to you when you made the same statement about good quality mattresses sagging. And from what I can gather from him there may be slight settlement when a mattress is new but this should even out, but mattresses should never sag, especially good quality ones.
I have to say that from my previous experience in the industry, I would agree with Mr Deegan.0 -
