Naan bread recipe.

I used the Artisan 5 min bread recipe (Search this thread for it) to make the dough, then I heated a frying pan with a splash of stir fry oil (olive infused with garlic and ginger, but you could use butter or Gheei)n which I put the dough. Whilst the base was cooking I sprinkled the top with fresh corriander, and flipped over for the last minute or 2.
The result was fantastic! light fluffy and bursting with flavour! Hmm that salad that I was planning for later when I get in from work may just be given the heave-Ho... I want a curry!:o
Hope that helps...be warned the Artisan bread in 5 minutes is addictive:rolleyes: ...my hips could tell you excatly how addictive!

Sorry if I sound stupid, I've never made naan bread before, but your recipe looks simple, so I'm willing to give it a go :eek:Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.
