Just want to say huge GOOD LUCK for tomorrow. I'll be thinking of you and hope that the weather is kind to you. Sounds like you got on really, really well today and things sound like they just may be turning a corner. Heaven only knows you deserve it.

IT - interesting about the discussion on depression on Jeremy Vine. I've suffered depression twice (currently I have post natal depression). People who haven't had it assume it's just something you can pull yourself out of. Those of us unfortunate enough to suffer know that it is the most dreadful thing in the world.

Anyway, just wanted to send some extra special hugs for everyone who needs them tonight.
