    Well today I saw a house that could well be suitable and LL has said its mine if I want it, so have taken a Pre Tenancy Determination into DBC so wait and see what they say. Got a vwg on another house tomorrow in St A so definately need a PTD on that and to find out how long tenancy will be for as first one is for 12 months initially but certainly up to around 5 years!!!

    Not heard from Mike Penning - surprise surprise!! But have heard from Daily Mail journalist who wants to do a case study of people such as myself across the country - thinking about this one as this COULD make a difference to everyone!
