Can only seem to remember one thing to do at a time:confused: .

read this and i had to smile cos it's me as well... the way i've found round it is to keep a small notepad in my bag, i make notes of what i have to do/get and then i make sure its all done. works for me.

glad to hear things are going well.. keeping fingers crossed that one of the houses you're looking at comes through for you..

  • Hi, Hopefully you're house will have worked out for you, but if not I have a house to rent very near hemel, 2 miles away. Its a 2/3 bedroom. Let me know if I can help (we're on the DBC list as well).

I cant remember anything either - must be our ages lol.
I write things down but i actually find the act of writing it down ingrains it in my memory and dont need to refer to the list again - wierd huh? But I'm like Kethry, carry anotepad in my bag and scribble on it.

PS I love your name Kethry - is that your real name or just user name? I think it's really unusual and pretty.

Ah now that would be a VERY good idea IF I could remember to actually take the notebook out to look at it in the first place :rotfl: :rotfl:

thanks hon.. :) no, its not my real name, but so many people know me by it now (both online and offline) that i have a very definite identity as kethry/keth. the original name came from a fantasy book. :) i love it too!

MOT: yup, but at least then you only have to remember one thing, to look at your notepad and cross things off!!! i use it for everything, shopping, library, bills, the lot. i'd be lost if i lost it. in fact, when its full i keep it for a while - I've got about 3 full ones here.. LOL.

    Hi All,

P.S I'm saying this quietly cos poorbabe will tell me off ;) I went and vacuumed the flat this morning before I handed the keys over!! I was thinking of the next person who goes in there and if she felt anything like I did then it will be awful for her - so at least if it is clean then that is one less thing to upset her.

 Like I said on Saturday, you are a much nicer person than I am :D
