HSBC (merged threads)

hi

I'm about to claim from HSBC for bank and credit card charges too. I've got my last 6 years statements online for the bank account but I don't seem to have this for my credit card account (or am I just not finding it?).

If I put the claim in for the bank charges and in the mean time request the credit card charges would that be ok? i.e. I would be making 2 consecutive claims.

Good morning all!

Sorry for leaving you last night guys :sad: . I felt like I hadn't slept properly in weeks and the relief and the overwheming tiredness hit me like a high speed train and I couldn't physically stay awake any longer!

Anyway I'm refreshed and back on track today and will more than likely be here til late all over the weekend

Nice weather for ducks down here. My daughter is(was) having an end of term bbq here tonite but looks like we're going to have to have it indoors now (not the actual bbq of course!). Not happy cuz now i'm going to have to do lots of tidying up after!! Was hoping it would be in the garden so the house would remain tidy! :mad:

Been feeling sick all morning, think its just the waiting, I ve just checked and NO ITS NOT THERE. I m off out early this morning for bit so will check in later for chat, hopefully i shall be feeling better then.

My friend sent her first letter to HSBC claiming £1133 in charges. They've replied within 14 days and enclosed a £50 cheque!

Can't see why that would make any difference. they seem to be handling claims from different accounts seperately anyway. I've already had an offer on one account I'm claiming for, but have yet to hear about the other one even though the claim letters were sent at the same time!
