Does this mean BT Together Option 3 with paper free billing will now be £4.70 a month? That would make it, at least for BT lines, the cheapest option to get it inclusive 01/02 calls 24/7 - 30p a month cheaper than Sky Talk's equivalent offering but Sky offer free calls to 10 countries as well.0

The op clearly states it is likely to be £5.95p a month, and the line rental will still be £10.50p a month after the higher £1.25p discount for paper billing.0 -
Why be a fool and go with Primus where you get evening and weekend calls at no extra cost and not tied into any contract. Just seems stupid not to.
I think he meant to say, "Why be a fool - go with Primus where you get evening and weekend calls at no extra cost and not tied into any contract. Just seems stupid not to.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
I think I got that, yep
But in seriousness I'm not on here pimping for the lowest package, it was discuss the BT offer only.
If you post on a site dedicated to saving money surely you should expect people trying to help you cut your costs.Their is no contract with Primus so if you dont like saving money you can go back and pay more money with BT.:D

I think he left the word 'and' in there when he meant to replace it with a hyphen:

Yeah, thanks that's what I did, I had edited the post a couple of times, but not edited it correctly! It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0 -
We still do not see any source/link for all of this from the OP. We can't find any info on the BT Price changes mentioned. Hope it isn't all just unfounded rambling.0

I don't make a habit of rambling (the source asked me to keep his/her identity secret and I respect such requests).
Patients, Mr. Johnson, patients.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market.
