    Morning :T

Hope everyone is fine and dandy today.
Feeling a bit rough today, i think its hormonal, so i really dont want to go into work today. i sat for 8 hours yesterday and did nothing as there is no work for me.

Cried on ths bus lastnight too when i got to the end of harry potter. there was just this one line that set me off bubbling. :rotfl:

Done a small load of washing. Forgot to defrost buns and sandwich fillers again so it looks like its canteen food again :( its my own silly fault.

Atleast im off tomorrow and i can put my nice hair extensions in tonight :j :j :j :j :j

Bit sleepy so will post again a lil later.

    Hi there

Got back from lunch with my friends yesterday to find a message on the answerphone - I have an interview tomorrow at this rough tough school. Hopefully I'll be able to put the interview practice that I had on Monday into erm, practice :D.

As for today, it's hitting that pile of ironing again. Just taken another load out of the washing machine and it's now drying. Need to put another load in (creating more ironing! :().

Have to go and pay some coppers into our holiday fund. It annoys me how you can only take 3 bags of coins into the bank at a time as I have loads of coppers that I need to put in. Whilst I'm in town I'm going to try and search for a birthday present for my grandpa - he's going to be 90 and he loves horse racing, just as well that they have a huge horse racing set up down the road!

Have a good day everyone. :)

    Morning everyone

I have been up since around 5.30 am today (sleeping patterns are dire), and am feeling healthy... I must be now over "the lurg" I have had for the past 10 days or so. I had yesterday and the day before off work but will reappear today. I hope my grumpy colleague is away as her horrible childish silent treatment of three colleages just makes life extremely uncomfortable for everyone - the atmosphere is rather stale. Luckily I can escape at lunchtime and come home to eat. I'll also avail of some "Pat Therapy" and give my !!!!! cats a good cuddle before I return to my prison cell...err work.

Last night I made an easy peasy Malt Loaf, and some shortbread. They are both gorgeous, even if I do say so myself. But how does anybody manage to keep their paws off these home made treats and make them last more than a day? I'll bring the shortbread in to work and get rid that way, but I am not sharing the Malt Loaf, hee hee.

    Have a lovely day everyone.

? Why don't you all just ignore her completely and just get on with each other in a normal friendly way? You're all letting her dictate the atmosphere in the office. If you all start chatting (and gossiping and giggling - whatever) amongst yourselves things will feel a whole lot better.

Has anybody ever asked her why she isn't talking to you all?

  • :hello: morning campers :hello:

I know that I complained when it was too hot but it has really gone the other way now, a little bit of sunshine would be nice!

Snowy - I don't know how you are supposed to NOT eat something nice that you baked, it's tough one, how about freezing half of it?
Vicki - you're braver than me....but good luck with it, I'm sure that you'll charm the dear pupils
Ancasta - you can put your own hair extensions in?
Princess - looks like a head down day today.

I had a great tesco on-line shop delivered yesterday, a total saving of just under £20 on a £65 order so I'm really pleased with that one...making notes for the PMS total

    Hiya :D

Well, I'm completely knackered again for some reason. Mr TM had a nice night out last night and ate what smells like a whole clove of garlic (Stinky smilie please) so I had a most disturbed night, between being woken by garlicky snores and kids! Ended up getting into DS1's bed. Mind you, the wallpaper does need stripping in the bedroom :D

Haven't done much yet. Everyone breakfasted and 12yo next door neighbour has just walked in behind me! He's staying here today and has just seen my 'morning look' :D - clothes by TJ Hughes in a delicate blue snoopy pattern and hair by pillow. (Can I have some extensions pls ancasta?)

Today I shall be doing a couple of mystery shopping jobs - one on the phone, then will do some more laundry. First lot is washed but dunno what the weather's going to do here yet. Then, it will be freezer defrosting and either the moussaka or nuggets for tea, depending on what I can be bothered to do. Mind you, willhave both neighbour's boys here tomorrow so may save the nuggets for them both.

Must have a look for the malt loaf recipe. Sounds yummy. May even make a ginger cake in my breadmaker too. The choccy cake didn't ast long :)

See ya later folks and hope today is good to you all.

    Morning everyone :hello:
I was making a loaf last night in breadmaker when the electric went off for about 5 mins. Luckily it was in the baking mode so was able to shove it in the oven to finish once leccy came back on.

One lot of washing is in machine, the housework is calling me.......anyone know where i can get good ear plugs so i can't hear it! ;)

Not finished Harry Potter yet...now reading chapter 20...

Been having a lot of trouble trying to lose weight........but it keeps finding me ( :rotfl:) ............. no seriously.......I went to dr's a couple of weeks ago and she gave me some blood tests to see if anything was the matter. Results were back so went and saw her last night, everything fine. So we talked about other options and shes put me on Reductil to see if that'll work. I have taken my first one this morning. Anyone else been on it or knows any one who has??

Well i must have a quick look round the site and i must go and do something...but no doubt will pop back every so often to have a nosey icon10.gif

    Ta ta for now

ancasta - sorry to hear HP is sad at the end. I haven't read the last one yet - I must catch up when the mania has died down.

Vicky A - best of luck with the interview. everything is crossed for you.

Queenie is still missing??? where on earth has she (or her computer) gone? (((((((hugs))))))))

Well, dinner went well last night, and I'm off to London with work this afternoon and spending the weekend with a friend near Oxford, which will be lovely. I suppose it counts as a holiday abroad!!!!!!
