I am quite dissapointed with Toluna. Their points are adding up very slowly. Today I successfully completed another survey which promised 1500 points but when I checked my survey history I found out "Prize entry draw". This happened to me before when I spotted that I am not getting what they promised. Is anyone else has experienced the same??
Yup! Typical Toluna! I stopped doing their on-site surveys ages ago because of this. You know, a 'You have qualified to take part in such-and-such a survey' etc., pops up when you're doing the Quick Polls? Don't do 'em! Just click the 'x' and switch 'em off! I only do the worthwhile ones that actually come to my inbox (just the ones that are offering quite good points for not-very-long surveys.) Then I haven't lost much if I get halfway through and then get told I don't qualify! Another Toluna nasty trick!
I've lost count of the number of 'Prize Draw Entries' I have had for surveys not properly credited in the past. Writing to Toluna is a waste of time because you only ever get a 'Standard' reply saying they sometimes do this until the survey closes and that the points will always be added later! Huh! It's just not worth the hassle.
I find my points add up slowly but surely by just doing the Quick Polls and the odd survey I get sent by them. I ALWAYS keep the survey invitations and ALWAYS take screenshots of their completion! You should call those by their survey numbers and the dates of completion and keep them in a special folder for the purpose. Then you can prove you've completed them!
On a lighter note, I only had to wait a couple of months for my last £15 'Love-2-Shop voucher'! Wow! Things are looking up! :j

Not a happy bunny.
Has anyone else ever had their Toluna account seemingly disappear overnight?
First of all I got a wrong username/password message. I tried the forgotten password method - nothing. Then tried the contact us method - nothing. I then had a look at the opinion topics that I had contributed to and they've all disappeared.
It seems that about a day after I had just received 2 £15 Amazon voucher codes my account has been magically wiped. I also had another £15 voucher still to be processed. Now, I maybe a cynic but that timing does seem a tad suspicious. Not only that, but researching problems with Toluna brings up untold numbers of complaints about their non-existent customer service. One person said that they had to email many times before they got a reply. Their account was finally re-instated, after Toluna had told the person they'd unsubscribed, even though they hadn't.
Any suggestions? Or do I just bombard them with emails hoping that one of them gets read?0 -

Are you still doing any surveys with them? I just want to collect my 80000 points and redeem them for hard-earned £15 voucher:mad: and that it! I had enough of Toluna! I registered with them on 8/10/11, responded to every survey they sent to me and still can't get 80 000 points!!! They are adding up points so slowly that it probably will be few more months before I can get enough points for my voucher.:eek:0 -

As I said, I do a very few that don't take too long and only those that they actually send me; never any from their website (you rarely get the points from those in my experience.) Like you, I too have said in the past that I would just 'Get my next 80,000 points and then leave' but by the time I'd actually got my voucher out of them, my points had mounted up a bit. So I changed my mind and now just do as I said in my previous Post. As for suddenly getting your account wiped, well this has happened to me - once! I was owed quite a few points when it happened and had been e-mailing them quite a bit over it; getting quite heated at times! Eventually I got my account re-instated and so now, when I'm cleaning out my IE cookies, etc., I make sure I leave all the Toluna ones in so I'm always signed in!
The trouble is of course, that the 'Quick Polls' no longer give so many points, so it does take longer for them to mount up! Still, if you do surveys from other companies, then Toluna becomes just a little 'Sideline' and let's face it, £15 for 80,000 points is pretty measly anyway, particularly when you take into account all the time and effort wasted in having to e-mail them to chase up points and vouchers all the time! So it's up to you at the end of the day.

I am so annoying at Toluna right now. Just completed a long survey on supermarkets and when it came to the last page to submit the answers the page just dissapeared. I checked a survey history and it's came with a "Prize draw entry"!!!! What should I do? I am sick and tired contacted them every time I have a problem like that!!0

Have just done several sponsored polls and quick surveys and they are all having the points added.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.

I have redeemed some points for Decembers S2 draw but they are still processing 10 days later so gord knows whether I will be in time.
I dread to think how long my e-vouchers will take, given the stories people tell. (Valued Opinions gave me an e-voucher in a few mins!)
I think once the e-voucher is in and draws over I'll ditch them. They are a pain in the Harris! (slow on points, slow on vouchers and too many screen outs, often when you are part way in)0 -
The prize draw results are not showing for Dec. I had my vouchers from Toluna very quickly on the other hand VO took almost a month to get them to me.Jan Wins: .0
