I'm waiting on one coming in the next few days."Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."

I am just wondering if I am doing something wrong when I apply for a test. You have to register and it's comes with 2 questions one of them is something like "Have you heard people talking about this product". What do you normally say?0 -
I've had quite a few product tests from Toluna but never from the Test & Rewards bit of the site. In fact I'd forgotten about those until you mentioned the 2 questions. The ones I have done have always been through surveys.I am just wondering if I am doing something wrong when I apply for a test. Still waiting on points from 10 surveys totalling a load of points (unsure how many exactly).
On the plus side, got a sample coming in a few days time"Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."

I'm awaiting points for between 25 - 35 surveys, or more.
Had a couple of survey points added on 8th February, but loads outstanding.
Are Toluna being crafty? If points are not being added rewards can't be claimed!0 -
Surveys I'm waiting on are between 26/1 and today.
Strange thing is, the other day they were marked as "incentive pending", then a couple of hours later went back to "survey open".
I don't know whether to stop doing surveys in the thought that I might be wasting my time since others haven't had their points credited either."Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."

I e-mailed them to ask why i haven't been issued all my points, and i got a bog standard auto reponse.
So i e-mailed them again, and a week later i have had no reply.
I am waiting on points for 93 surveys going back to mid december!!!0
