I've received very few points for surveys since December/January and emailed Toluna.

Please note that we have different types of surveys. Survey payment time-scale can vary from a few days to eight weeks, depending on the length and the complexity of the projects. Sometimes, when projects are larger and they require a large number of participants it takes longer than 8 weeks for the survey to be closed.
Moreover, some clients may request data analysis before the points are added to the respondents’ accounts in order to ensure that the responses to the studies are thoughtful and truthful. This measure is taken to improve survey quality and to eliminate dishonest responses or fraudulent activity during survey completion.
For these reasons, points do not always show on your account on the same day you have qualified for a survey. Nonetheless, you don’t have to worry about that. The entry "Project Open" or 'Incentive Pending" means that you successfully completed a survey, therefore you will be credited for your input after the project objectives have been reached and the study has been closed.
The same old response as we always get.
Survey points used to be added daily, then weekly, now - never!
Do Toluna not realise why their members are disappointed or do they just not care! Are they sneakily witholding points in order that we can't claim rewards?
They just don't get it, and this member is going on strike until some of the 100 or more surveys I've completed are rewarded.0 -

I wonder if there is something fishy going on as many people have been raising the issue of slow points on Toluna itself.
I have a few survey points outstanding that are over 8 weeks old and nearly 20 surveys outside 6 weeks.
I am slowing down my participation and am seriously considering calling it a day. I have over 40 completed surveys points outstanding, so could possibly get £15 one day.
They are such a shower!!!0 -
This is bad i have 92 open surveys from the 19/12/11 might have to email them and see whats going on.Jan Wins: .0

I am in the same position as you all. I know there is something not right and I am going on strike too!0

I've had exactly the same response. I am also on strike!0 -
I completed my product test, and now I am on strike as well. I don't see the point in doing more surveys if I'm not even sure that the ones I have done, I'll get points for. I'd barely even begun on Toluna as well, only at the end of Dec."Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."
