I read somewhere on their site that you need to either create or contribute to an opinion topic to be entered into their monthly cash prize draws. I also noticed that the winners of the previous month's prize draw all had avatars, so maybe there is something in that.
(not that I have a cat in hell's chance of winning)

Have to say Toluna has been great to me, 2011 has made me £375 in vouchers, just noticed they sent me another £60 in under 5 weeks wow.

Some members make me LOL to myself, They post on your profile done all your opinions, I check and they have not done one! I no longer go by what has been said on my profile. I only do the kind members opinions that have done one of mine.

Got gift cards from Toluna today, I redeemed on the 8/11. I am very shocked i got them before xmas.

All have been crediting for myself, I have had some german ones lol, I have noticed that points for surveys are not being added so quickly BUT i have to say i got £60 worth of vouchers last week i thought i would never see them tell Feb next year. Funny thing Toluna is on the up and Valued Opinions is on the down in my opinion.

I saw something on the opinions part of the home page at the weekend,but can't seem to find it now.Someone was saying that they had had a reply from toluna re the sponsored polls not crediting and it was because they had exceeded the maximum number of points allowed per month.Other members were asking what the maximum was and what was the definition of 'the month'.I had noticed that sometimes the 15 point sponsored surveys didn't credit but assumed it was because I had maybe already done them at some time as the same questions seem to keep repeating.

I am quite dissapointed with Toluna. Their points are adding up very slowly. Today I successfully completed another survey which promised 1500 points but when I checked my survey history I found out "Prize entry draw". This happened to me before when I spotted that I am not getting what they promised. Is anyone else has experienced the same??

I've found similar on quite a few occasions. There are two survey invitations which I've saved, showing prize draw entry on my list rather than the points the invitaton offers.
