For those waiting for vouchers, like me - below is the reply I have just received to an enquiry about the non-receipt of a voucher.
"Thank you for your email. Due to unforeseen circumstances there have been delays
in the delivery of all rewards. Due to the method of ordering and sending
rewards we cannot give an exact date as to when they will be sent.
We assure you that we are doing our best to get your rewards sent to you as soon
as possible and we hope that you enjoy spending your reward once received."
So as usual, it is sit tight and wait. Wouldn't it be good if they were honest and said you had to wait 6 months for your reward.0 -

I got a reply today after sending in a support question 6 months ago LOLJan Wins: .0 -
:mad:i'm fed up with toluna. was a member for about 3 years (filled in surveys etc). then one day it just lost my log in - zilch wouldn't email me a 'forgotten password' nothing. so i messaged them..... eventualy got a reply today (a month later saying i wasn't registered and needed to re-register).
in the meantime i had already re-registered, filled in all starter surveys etc (took almost 2 hours). went to log in a few days later and couldn't. messaged them with this...... apparently i had something illegal or frowned upon by them in my personal data.
so no toluna for me any more......... just glad i didn't have lots of points built up.:mad:loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -
can someone help me here?
receive email for 10,000 points survey. completed the survey, still not showing on account. contacted toluna a week after survey, they said it may take time to add as the company will give points when survey is closed.
it's been ages now and after multiple messages to them no replies.0 -

I still dip in here from time to time and I must say it doesn't change. Folks are still grumbling to merry Hell about Toluna! As for BrainJuicer - well they pop up occasionally with other survey companies too and I have learned to leave them well alone! Talk about a gimmicky waste of space! Not only is each page painfully slow to load, but they invariably let you get really well into their questions and then (more often than not) tell you you don't meet their requirements or whatever! If everyone ignored their surveys, they'd have to change! For that matter, the same goes for Toluna too! Ignore the main surveys - at least the ones that only give you around 2,000 or so points for 20 or 25 minutes of your time! Even when you (eventually) get the points for your surveys, never mind your actual reward, add the amount of time taken to keep chasing these up, to what are mostly really paltry amounts of points for the length of the surveys, (you need 80,000 points for the smallest reward) and it's just not worth it! Best to stick with the quick polls. It's possible to notch up 1,000 points in a couple of days; you can see your points immediately and then it's only just a matter of waiting for the rewards, rather than keep writing fruitless e-mails of complaints to Toluna!

I don't do any surveys now apart from the quick surveys and sponsored polls, I do other members votes and opinions plus they do mine, manage to get a voucher every 2-3 months that way.0

I did a survey from Toluna yesterday about McCoy's crisps and at the end it said that they will be sending me some samples to try and survey. Hope they come because I do like McCoy's :T0
