For those waiting for vouchers, like me - below is the reply I have just received to an enquiry about the non-receipt of a voucher.
"Thank you for your email. Due to unforeseen circumstances there have been delays
in the delivery of all rewards. Due to the method of ordering and sending
rewards we cannot give an exact date as to when they will be sent.
We assure you that we are doing our best to get your rewards sent to you as soon
as possible and we hope that you enjoy spending your reward once received."
So as usual, it is sit tight and wait. Wouldn't it be good if they were honest and said you had to wait 6 months for your reward.
Well, don't know if I was just lucky but the vouchers arrived a few days after my message to them & I only ordered them in June so 2 months must be quite a record for them.0 -
Got a voucher today for the first club but it says its invalid but according to toluna its working till sept next year

I wrote to them a few days ago asking when I would receive my Love2shop voucher that I redeemed on the 2nd July. They wrote back with the standard response about waiting on delivery of vouchers. The status of the voucher immediately changed to processing and I received the voucher in the post yesterday.
Might be worth contacting them if you are overdue a voucher.0
