  • I contacted them last week to ask again about the whereabouts of my missing December and March vouchers, and the reply was that the March ones were on the way. They turned up this morning but still no sign of the December ones nor the ones requested in July which are still not even showing as processed.

how often do people get trials via a survey or opt in on their website?

Has anybody had any biggies as there have been some kitchen or technology trials in the past ??

Is it mostly food, drink or toiletries??

I receive the occasional trial, few and far between for my profile.

Toluna have added the codes for my Amazon rewards of £30 today.

    Things are looking up.
  • Watch out when you're doing the QuickSurvey polls at the moment.

Previously, if a poll said e.g. "up to 45 points", it would give you 45 points even if you only answered the first page. (E.g. if you screened out of the rest of the poll because you weren't the right age, gender and so on, you'd still get the full points value.)

Now, however, it appears that you only get 15 points per page. So they really have brought the words "up to" into the equation! (Warning - it still sometimes says "thanks you've earned 45 points" at the end even when you haven't!)

People might already have noticed this, but I've been merrily clicking away for ages now wondering why my points balance had barely gone up when I'd answered hundreds of polls :( D'oh! I only found this out today because I've just had enough free time to sit down and do each poll one by one and refresh my points history after each one!

I used to try to screen out as fast as possible, e.g. by saying I was under 18, or choosing the "none of the above" box if there was one, as they don't match the polls to your profile like with surveys, and I knew I would get the full points anyway. This made doing all the many sponsored polls much faster. Not anymore however! I can't believe I was so slow to realise this, I think it's been like this for at least a week and I must have missed out on a few thousand points! Serves me right I guess ;)

It's been like that since the new quick polls link appeared on the first page so a few weeks now.

I do hope that you were clicking on the correct box though or it makes a mockery of any results otherwise.;)

  • Turns out I've had an account with them since last year...just did nothing with it and it was registered with an old email address.

Since last night I'm now up to 3,855 points - is it easy to get a lot more?

There also seems to be a community - any benefit in being active within the community...creating polls, opinion topics, interacting with others, etc...I created some polls, people have voted and left messages asking me to vote on there's, so I'm guessing there must be some point to these. Anyone clarify?
  • After ordering three amazon vouchers in late July and waiting 13 weeks for them to show up, imagine my surprise when my next set of amazon vouchers, ordered on September 30th, turned up yesterday, only seven weeks later.
  • got my first voucher after so many years as i did not have enough points then they expired well pleased, got it after a month
