maybe you should ask why some are getting their vouchers and your not? Maybe posty is a member too and so knows whats in your Toluna letters

Yes, they are not saying when they are planning on sending them so we just have to wait, I guess.... I thought it was funny when they said they didn't know why my Oct vouchers were sent to an incomplete address... I bet they didn't send them at all....

Today - I got my January love2shop voucher, at last!!!! :j
Now I want my October !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! voucherrrrrrrs!!!!!!!

Just received a reply from Toluna on my missing voucher, which i thought was from Dec which in fact they confirm from Nov, i think somewhere along the line they have lost track of whats going again!

I guess the vouchers you received in early April were those ordered in December. The voucher that you ordered on 16/11/2010 is yet to be sent as it's still on our list of vouchers to be re-sent. The voucher you ordered in January has been posted out to you and you should receive it shortly

I am leaving this rubbish company's site after my next lot of vouchers arrive. The people on here are fantastic. I have met loads of wonderful and awesometastic people. I thank you for enriching my spare time with opinion, good natured disagreement and humour. I have had lots of laughs on here However, the usual complaints aside (poor or non-existent customer service, voucher delays and out and out lies excusing the delays etc etc)... I refuse to accept Topics or Polls critical of the shambolic service offered by this company, being censored. Cheers everyone
